Identity & basic info
name, trade_name, lms_master_institute_type_id, year_of_establishment, public_profile, logo, total_students_enrolled

Upload logo

PNG, JPG or SVG. Square images render best. Stored to file storage; the resulting URL fills logo.

Maps to total_students_enrolled. Auto-computed from lms_institute_student_lists in production; editable here for backfill.

Address & location
address, city, zip_code, country_id, state_id — geocoding fills full_address, latitude, longitude automatically.

Auto-fill location

Generates full_address, latitude, and longitude from the fields above.

Account management
Ownership, partnership & hub — account_manager_user_id, hub_id, learninghub_partner, scholarpass_subscription, master_subscription_plan_id, onboarded_since_date

Active vs archived. Toggle off to archive.

Verification flag. Verifier user is recorded separately.
